zhOra Will Play Monk Fest 2025

Cursed Monk Records are thrilled to announce that Tipperary based progressive sludge legends zhOra will be playing this year's Monk Fest.
Not only that, but we will be working with them on the release of their next album!
zhOra is a progressive sludge metal band from Tipperary. Since 2011, they’ve twisted sludge, death, and post-metal into their own densely brutal sound.
With three records behind them, Almaz, Ethos, Pathos, Logos, and Mortals and appearances at Wacken and Bloodstock, zhOra has become a force in the European underground.
A new album is coming in 2026 which will deliver a fitting evolution of zhOra’s unique brand of chaos.
Monk Fest 2025 will take place on July 5th in Pharmacia Bar, Limerick. Tickets are available here. Monk Fest is in aid of Temple St. Children’s Hospital.
